188ph Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 188ph online gaming platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, customer support channels, and any other features available at 188ph.bet (the "Platform").

1.2 By accessing the Platform in any manner — whether by registering an account, browsing game content, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

1.3 These Terms apply to all users of the 188ph Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person acting on behalf of a registered player.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under duress may not use the Platform.

2.4 One Account per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 188ph. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

2.5 Employee Restriction. Current employees, contractors, directors, or agents of 188ph and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold player accounts on the Platform.

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an account on 188ph, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 188ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify 188ph support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Ownership. A registered 188ph account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds, bonuses, or credits associated with it to any other person.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). 188ph is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC procedures, which may include submitting photographic identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. 188ph reserves the right to restrict account functionality pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3.5 Account Currency. All 188ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Amounts displayed on the Platform, including balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings, are expressed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 188ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), UnionBank of the Philippines, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. 4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your 188ph account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution. 188ph is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking partners.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by 188ph's payments team during business hours, Philippine Standard Time (PST). The target processing time for GCash and Maya withdrawals is five (5) minutes to four (4) hours from approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met: (a) your account must have completed KYC verification; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must have been fulfilled; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the sum of verified deposits and net winnings; and (d) the account must not be under investigation for potential policy violations.

4.6 Same-Method Policy. 188ph adheres to a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of each payment provider. 4.7 Fees. 188ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond 188ph's control and are the responsibility of the player.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 188ph are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses offered by 188ph are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details prior to the player opting in.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus's wagering requirements remain incomplete may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus. 5.5 Bonus Abuse. 188ph monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract promotional value. 188ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts found to be engaged in such behaviour.

5.6 188ph's Discretion. 188ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, and to decline to award a bonus to any player at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the player does not meet the eligibility criteria for that promotion.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 188ph Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All slot games and table games powered by certified third-party software providers on the 188ph Platform use independently audited random number generators (RNGs). The outcome of each game round is determined randomly and is not influenced by previous results, account balance, or any other external factor.

6.3 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on 188ph. These limits are displayed within the game interface before each round. 188ph reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome or validity of a wager, 188ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the corresponding stakes to the players' accounts. No winnings will be paid out in respect of wagers that were placed or settled as a result of a technical error.

6.5 Disconnections. 188ph is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's internet disconnection during a game. Where a game supports an auto-resolve or continuation feature, the round may be completed automatically based on the last valid game state. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 188ph Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods to fund an account.
• Money Laundering: Using the 188ph Platform to launder, conceal, or convert proceeds of illegal activity. 188ph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, sharing game information in real time, or any other form of coordinated play designed to defraud the Platform or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider for deposits made to your 188ph account without first contacting 188ph support to resolve the matter.

8.1 188ph's Right to Suspend. 188ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to the Platform; (c) required by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency; or (d) the account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

8.2 Funds on Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated funds will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, frozen funds will be released promptly. Where a breach is confirmed, 188ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus-derived winnings and, where applicable, to pursue recovery of amounts obtained through fraudulent means.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request the closure of their 188ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, 188ph will process any pending withdrawal of remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC and wagering requirement conditions) and deactivate the account within a reasonable timeframe.

8.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay). 188ph may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts in accordance with rates published in the cashier section. Players will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.

10.1 All content on the 188ph Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, game graphics, software, website design, text, images, audio-visual materials, and promotional content — is the exclusive property of 188ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content; (c) use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 188ph.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of 188ph's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

11.1 Platform Availability. 188ph will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the Platform. However, 188ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

11.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 188ph shall not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; or (c) losses arising from circumstances beyond 188ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet service failures, or third-party payment processor outages.

11.3 Cap on Liability. In any event, 188ph's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, and that 188ph cannot and does not guarantee winnings or a positive financial outcome from any wagering activity on the Platform. All wagering decisions are made at your sole risk and discretion.

12.1 188ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date they are published on this page, as indicated by the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

12.2 Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 188ph will notify registered players via email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

12.3 Your continued use of the 188ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Regulatory Authority. 188ph operates under the authority and oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints relating to the regulatory conduct of 188ph may be directed to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

13.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to your account, a wager, a bonus, or any other matter arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact 188ph's customer support team in the first instance. 188ph will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, ordinarily within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

13.4 Jurisdiction. To the extent that any dispute is not resolved through 188ph's internal process and cannot be referred to PAGCOR, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
